Senior / Junior Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle a portfolio of small to medium sized companies and individual cases
  • To prepare of full sets of account and SST submission
  • To prepare corporate and individual tax computations and return for timely submission to the tax authorities
  • To liaise with clients and tax authorities on finalization of tax matters
  • Manage department's filing and administrative system
  • Perform ad hoc jobs and assignments as and when required

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent with 2-3 years experiences in accounting firm
  • Required skill(s): MS Office (Words, Excel), Autocount
  • Required language(s): English & Malay. Added advantage if candidates can read, write & converse in Mandarin
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn new task and knowledge
  • Must be analytical, organized and able to multi-task and to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Applicants must be willing to work in IOI Boulevard, Puchong Jaya (near IOI Puchong Jaya LRT)
  • On the job training will be provided
  • Can start immediately will be added advantage

Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist in daily administrative task which includes documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinating and following up on pending matters
  • Key-in information in accounting & payroll system

Job Requirements:

  • At least graduate from SPM

Secretarial Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist the new incorporation and LLP registration
  • To prepare resolution and statutory document
  • To arrange submission of document to SSM and filing SSM documentation

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma holder on Business related courses

Internship - Accounting / Tax / Corporate Secretarial

Our internship program provides a comprehensive training experience for the students by performing duties including:

  • Book-keeping and accounting services for various industries
  • Individual Tax and Corporate tax compliances
  • SST related assignments including registration, preparation and submission of SST return
  • Corporate Secretary such as incorporation, LLP setup and any statutory compliance matters
  • Manage department’s filing and administrative system

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office
  • Required language(s): English & Malay. Added advantage if candidates can read, write & converse in Mandarin.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn new task and knowledge
  • Internship duration range between 3 months to 6 months
